Our Organize & Maintain Program provides ongoing maintenance visits tailored to how often your space needs attention, keeping your systems fresh, functional, and stress-free all year long.
Eligibility Requirement
To join the Organize & Maintain Program, each space must first be professionally organized by Southern Utah Spaces at our standard service rates. This allows us to establish the correct systems, labeling, and structure upfront, ensuring that maintenance visits are efficient and effective.
Once your space has been organized, your membership begins on the first day of the following month.

Bi-Weekly Membership
Two visits per month
$110 per space per month
For high-use spaces and busy households that need consistent upkeep to stay functional and clutter-free.
Monthly Membership
One visit per month
$55 per space per month
Our foundational membership — a single monthly reset that keeps systems tidy and prevents overwhelm.
Bi-Monthly Membership
One visit every two months
$75 per space
Perfect for those who maintain their space well but want periodic professional help to ensure organization doesn't slip.
Quarterly Membership
One visit every three months
$95 per space
A seasonal refresh ideal for pantries before holidays, closets during wardrobe changes, and décor shifts throughout the year.

Enrollment Details
• Space must be organized by Southern Utah Spaces before enrollment
• Membership begins on the first day of the next month following your initial service
• Membership rates are billed per space
• Multi-space discounts available after your first enrolled space
• Limited memberships available each month to ensure quality and appointment availability
